“Ground-state properties of dilute Bose-Bose droplets"
Abstract
We report diffusion Monte Carlo results of Bose-Bose mixtures with
repulsive intraspecies interaction g11 = g22 and attractive
interspecies interaction g12. For a given number of atoms we determine
the critical attractive scattering length needed to form a self-bound
droplet. The ground-state energies and the density profiles for
increasing numbers of particles are determined. Deviations from the
mean-field prediction as a function of the ratio of g12/g11 are
discussed.
