ESEIAAT Aerospace Engineering Section

The Terrassa Aerospace Engineering Section (ESEIAAT) was created in 2004, with the imtroduction of the Aeronautics studies at the Terrassa campus at UPC.

The aim of this section is for teaching to be excellent, multidisciplinary and innovative, as well as accessible to our students.

We teach in the Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Technologies, in the Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Vehicles and in the Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

We additionally conduct important research, we collaborate with several international research centers,  in both experimental and numerical approaches to fields such as aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, computational design of new materials and space mission design. This section's faculty also contributes to the industrial sector, thus establishing direct contact with the airport, space, propulsion and aircraft design and maintenance businesses.
